She knows mostly fire-based wizard spells. At level 8, she knows Burning Hands, Identify, Aganazzar's Scorcher, Flame Arrow, Fireball, Melf's Minute Meteors, and Fire Shield (Red).
I'm not sure what went wrong in your game. You could use WeiDU's --change-log feature to try to figure out if another mod changed Tyris but I can't think of anything that would. (The relevant files for her different-level versions are g#tyrs8.cre, g#tyrs10.cre, g#tyrs11.cre, g#tyrs13.cre, and g#tyrs16.cre.)
If you just want to fix the issue quickly, you can probably dual-class her to wizard in-game and maybe give her some XP to catch up.
Hey, thanks much. I think what went wrong is that I picked her up at Fighter/7. She has leveled up twice since then, so I guess I should have dual-classed her when she did. I can go back and fix that - although, she would only be level 2 and you're saying the lowest should be eight. If I make her Fighter/Mage//7/8 is that fair do you think?

I just reinstalled my BG2 game a few days ago and got started with a great run. Picked up my favorite Amazon hottie, Tyris Flare . . . and she's a straight fighter with no fireballs and cool stuff.
I downloaded straight from G3. What gives?
If there's some kind of glitch I can probably play through it an EEKeeper the fire stuff - except I don't know what to give her - can't remember. Can anyone help?

Just providing feedback. Thanks to you folks, all three of the kits installed just fine once I uninstalled Dark Horizons.

Hmm, it's an Elemental Staff of Fire. Need to find out where that is in the game. Thanks for pointing me to EEKeeper.
Btw, they all loaded fine on my BG2 install, so it's one of those BG1 mods - maybe Tales of the Northern Coast. Seems to me that had Salamanders in it so the staff might have been in that one.

My guess is that you have leftovers from
previous installs inside your override folder. On top of uninstalling the game, try to delete the folders to ensure an actual clean install.
Thanks. I did a fresh install this afternoon, carefully installed everything. This is on BGEE and happened last time as well as on BG2EE. I don't use Chosen of Mystra but some mods start on one and move to another later for some reason. I only use G3, SHS and PPG to get mods. I'll try to figure out which mods I have in common between BGEE and BG2EE - maybe it's there.

Looks like the same thing is kicking out all three of them but I don't know what that means. I really want to try that Cleric kit.

Hi buddy, I know you've been busy. I hope all is well at home and that you are enjoying little one.
I just wanted to let you know that I have had trouble with three kits from I Hate Undead v3.8: Holy Redeemer Cleric, Deathslayer Wizard, Circle Enforcer Druid. None of these will install on BGEE or BG2EE for me. All the other kits install just fine. I even uninstalled my game and went back and tried again.

@CharlestonianKnightTemplar Keep in mind that the Charlatan is one of my first mods and it has not being improved since its original release. There are no bugs (as far as I know) but the coding is sort of suboptimal, the writing may contain grammar and spelling errors and the kit's features may not be as good and balanced as I Hate Undead and Deities of Faerûn.
Thanks for the tip. I mostly wanted it for Eldoth - seems to fit him well.

I enjoyed it. I really wanted Silas' run to be successful. I died by some stupid thing in the Ducal Palace - I guess I attacked Saravok too soon - nothing killed me.
I think that would have been just as exciting, I just never got to experience the kit beyond level 8.
I'm getting ready to reinstall, add new kits, etc. I am installing your Charlatan kit. But, I am playing a Paladin this time, so it will only affect Eldoth.

@Raduziel Dispenser completed his run at 33rd level. The Holy Justice of Tyr Cleric kit is fantastic.

Okay, thanks, I learned something. When I select HLAs on level up they go to my level 7 spells.
You're right, my last play through was a vanilla game. This is the first time I've used used EE for either BG/TotSC or SoA/ToB.

No luck @Raduziel, I've played around with it but something isn't right. I can select the HLAs on level up just fine, but they don't show up in the Special Abilities tab.
At level 28 I am going to keep going. Just wanted you to be aware. CT

I just checked and HLA's work fine in my end. You can see in the screen shots below that all spells are being properly added.
Tested both leveling the character to Level 40 at once and leveling one level at a time.

Hi folks, I've downloaded SCS v30 and am trying to install it.
Everything goes fine, until I click 'Enter' to finalize everything.
It runs all the way through and then at the very end drops out and says there's an error loading the, 'initialize component. All other components require this.'
What gives? Seems I had this issue last time I did this and somehow, it eventually worked.
I'm playing BGEE. This would be my final mod before Radomize and game play. Thanks CKT

I've searched the forum and this seems as good a place as any to posts this. Some other threads are two years old.
I'm having gaming issues:
- Using SCS (v)30 in BGEE.
- I've added in the BWF and unpacked it into my game folder at 00766.
- I'm installing it in the order as recommended by BIG World Project (v)17
- Everything else has installed properly, tweaks, fixes, NPCs, etc.
- When I try to install SCS (v)30, I get all the way through, and at the very end, I get an error message and it rolls back.
- I've done nothing but unpack BWF but trying to do anything with the .bat files results also in an error message
So, what am I screwing up?

Hey Raduziel, Just letting you know that I started a "I Hate Undead" party using all kits from your kitpack. I have:
Deathslayer Wizard
Holy Redeemer
Burial Defender (Half-Orc)
Death Tricker (Tiefling)
Undead Hunter (Aasimer)
Undead Predator (Elf)
I will post their run in the "Maybe This Time (No Reload Challenge)," although I am not necessarily going for a 'no-reload.' It's going to be about writing a short story detailing their adventures.
The plot is that The Triad, i.e., Tyr, Ilmater, Torm, have selected these six NPCs, previously unknown to one another, to conduct an all out campaign to destroy undead across Toril. The three deities access that the proliferation of all types of undead has become a clear and present danger to everyday folk. Thus, they are forced to step in and organize an effort to cleanse the Sword Coast and beyond. Ao, the Overgod, will not permit them to act directly, but has allowed them to act indirectly. To pull them together, each of the NPCs receives a tome that will grant them access to Candlekeep, where they are directed to find Gorion's ward. From there the adventures begin. I'll keep you informed.
If one of them dies permanently, i.e., chunked, I have a 'bench' that includes those kits I don't list above: Grave Mourner Bard, Circle Enforcer Druid, Pallid Mask Monk, Dreadful Witch Shaman, Imprisoned Soul Sorcerer.
