    Ok, thanks for clarifying. Just to be sure..I run the scs exe file, then close the command prompt, then edit the ini, then run the setup scs exe from the BG directory...is that correct?

    When do you change the ini settings, before or after installing SCS?

    The "Faster Chapter 1&2 Cut-Scenes & Dreams" is not working for me on BG2EE GoG version. The BG2 Tweaks version of this works fine, even using both of these at once seems to work fine.
