Snow was never really implemented in the engine, from what (little) I recall.

 

Maybe hurricanes and earthquakes would be more realistic, but I don't know how we'd implement those.

SCS mages (liches) will teleport to party members that are off screen and have never even engaged with the lich. To me this is SCS actually cheating.

There is no in-game explanation for the lich to know where my party members are, nor is there a good reason for them to even start looking for them in the first place.

I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you're referring to as BGT, is in fact, BGT-weidu, or as I've recently taken to calling it, weidu plus BGT. BGT is not an operating system unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning weidu system made useful by the weidu corelibs, shell utilities and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by POSIX.

Many computer users run a modified version of the weidu system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of weidu which is widely used today is often called "BGT", and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the weidu system, developed by the weidu Project.

There really is a BGT, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the system they use. BGT is the kernel: the program in the system that allocates the machine's resources to the other programs that you run. The kernel is an essential part of an operating system, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete operating system. I think that this is the right place to request this. Even if so, I'm fairly certain that this request isn't even possible, but I'll ask anyway:

 

IWD2: fix the improved initiative feat.

I tried that for the Fixpack a few years ago lmfao. Not possible to do. Feats are hardcoded.

e: I mean technically you can by drilling in external .dlls in the .exe but that's, like, level 5 coding, requires other programs running, and not an easy elegant solution.

Point is, just because a mod is popular doesn't mean the writing can't be bad at places, maaaan. There are no varying states of petrification in any D&D games.

 

• Abazigal's head was protected from pickpocketing in his dragon form; similar protection is added to his human form. In addition, the giant troll's head in Spellhold is no longer pickpocketable

• Aw come on, a level 40 thief NOT being able to pickpocket a head from someone's shoulders is way less realistic.

Just change the weidu to beta 240.1, it works. The previous weidu didn't work on the mac.
