Hi!

Im just wondering why Imoen and Xzar are walking so much faster than my own character and Montaron. I've just got out of Candlekeep, so I havent tested the other characters. But still... Whats up with that? Im using EasyTutu_ToB, TutufixV18, EasyTutuNPCKits-V2 and BG1NPCv14.

First question: what are everyone's Strength scores, and how much weight is everyone carrying? In particular, is anyone's weight load showing in red on the inventory screen?

It has nothing to do with that. My character is carrying 66 of 320 lbs with a strenght of 18/96. And I've just meet the others, and they arnt carrying anything heavy.

Since it's your character and Montaron who are walking slower, my question is: What race is you character? Is it a dwarf, gnome or halfling? The shorter types of characters do tend to walk a little slower than the taller ones but not by drastic amounts. They are actually trying to walk a little faster to keep up as their little legs can't span as great a distance as the taller folk. I also see that you have tutufix installed. There is a component in there that does something with walking speeds. I've never used it and don't know what it does, but if you installed it that may have something to do with it.

My character is a human. And the speed is waay faster, I'd say the double. Looks kinda silly and quite irritating because I want Xzar and Imoen behind me, I know i can select them secondly or whatever. But it still sucks.

Maybe it's the TutuFix. I've uninstalled it the walking mod but with no luck. Maybe I should reinstall the whole thing again.

I had to remove it from several characters.

yeah, that's a secondary speed modifier effect available in the BG2 engine.

I used that opcode to make armor slow people down, because it's not prevented by the ring of free action.

But I don't know how you got that as a permanent effect. That would imply a mod tossing in a spell to set the effect.
