For SCS and SCSII there exist the "Ease-of-use party AI" component of the "Ease-of-use Tweaks".

 

For BGT: If I install the SCSI component first and then the SCSII component, will SCSII overwrite the SCSI component, so you get only the SCSII AI script for BG1?

IIRC they have different filenames, so you get both.
