After installing some of the game text components my interface is all CAPS

THIS DOESNT LOOK VERY PLEASANT TO THE EYE. Is this by design or am im missing something here. I have tactics, fixpack and ascension installed.

Would be a nice addition to the tweakpack to bring the interface to the lesser crying version.

Yes, it's this way in both unmodded BG1 and BG2 (in English) so I don't think the Game Text Update changes it.
