Is this redunant with Baldurdash ToB fixpack?

I know I shouldn't install the Baldurdash BGII fixpack - but does this also inclued Baldurdash's ToB fixes? Or should I install those seperatly? Thanks for your help.

Ignore anything Baldurdashish and you'll be fine.
