The best travelling opportunity

I've recently started a new game with Sarah (I just love her talents with bows and arrows, she's certain to outclass Minsc and Valygar both if this continues), and since she doesn't start her conversations at the same places as the bioware NPC's (Firkraag's Dungeon, Five Flagons, etc), and seems to prefer the wilderness of Umar Hills for many of her talks, when would be the best time to travel to Spellhold? I've just gotten the lovetalk where she compliments my PC's eyes and vice versa.
