So , I have a Bg2 copy installed with expansion ToB,patched

1024 x 768.

...

[bgmain.exe] loaded, 7843886 bytes

That's quite close, but not enough, are you sure you patched to the last official none beta patch, aka: v(2.5.)26498... not to the 26499beta ?

And if your bgmain.exe is a no-cd patched, you will never get any support from anywhere...(just though I would mention that... but let's not talk about it anymore.)

 

And by the way, you can get that resolution without any errors with the BGConfig.exe if you want to, and the right kind of setup.

I know I can get 1024 x 768 from BGconfig, in fact it was just a test since other resolutions wouldnìt install.

Let's not jump to quick conclusons, my bg2 and expansion are legal, bought them and no need of a no cd pacth ,just to be clear.

 

Now I havea doubt, the patch , I 'll go have a look if I installed the correct one adn let you know.
