BG2 ToB: Remove Free Action

Hi there, knowledgable people,

 

a topic on the Bioware forums made me think about the Free Action effect of the Flail of the Ages +5 and Ixil's Spike +6. Is there a mod that removes them? And if not, would it be possible to add such tweak to the bg2tweakpack?

 

It's just annoying when you FINALLY get enough auto-haste items for your whole party, and half an hour later, Anomen starts crawling behind agein because you just upgraded his weapon. Not to mention the immunity to (Improved) Haste.

 

 

I'm not around here much (if at all) so please bear with me if this topic was already discussed a dozen times (a quick forum search didn't get me any results).

I think Miloch did a small mod found at SHS forums altering freeaction.
