Kung Fu Man
There are some errors with the documentation: Header: 0x0076 and 0x007A: These are duplicates listed as unknown when directly above they're shown what they are. Makes it a bit confusing as the animation color actually comes directly after the strref for talking items. Extended Header 0x0032-37: These do nothing. They seem to always be 0/0/0 regardless of the weapon. Feature Block 0x0002: Targetting options 6 and up do not exist/don't work Checking a few things, more later Link to comment
Kung Fu Man
Header 0x0026-0x0032: These parameters don't work in Torment at all. There's stuff to suggest they were considered once, but as of now they're very obviously disabled. Only Min Level functions at all. 0x0072: This should be marked as a resref Flag 5 is Not Copyable. If this flag is on, you can't have the Copy Spell into Spellbook related button pop up. Flag 7 is never used. It doesn't *seem* to have anything to do with Bows since Nordom's crossbow's don't use it. Flag 10 is Steel (the type of metal used). Has nothing to do with the item being fenced or not. Usability bits: 2-1: Anarchist 2-5: Fighter-Mage 3-1: Fighter-Thief 3-3: Mage-Thief Interesting bit: the class restrictions from BG1 overlay on top of these (i.e. if byte 3-1 is on, then Fighter-Mage-Thief class characters can't use the item). This doesn't matter a whole lot though, since the classes that don't appear in the game are dummied for the most part, and those that do don't overlap with a faction or character bit. Link to comment
igi
Added - though I'm dubious about 'Not Copyable' (or 'Cannot scribe to spellbook' as it's now listed); I don't have PST installed atm to check. Link to comment
Kung Fu Man
I can investigate it a bit deeper if you want igi, but it definitely is related to the copyability in some fashion: all items that can teach players a spell have this bit off. Link to comment
