how to modify the wild mage kit?

I heard wild mage is a hardcoded kit.

 

But is there anyone has made modified wild mage only for npcs? I'm planning to make wild mage npc who cannot memorise specific magic school.

 

Is it possible create wild mage/cleric (multiclass) that can't use necromancy in both class?

All mage related classes are hard coded. Not much you can do about it.
