Help install wide screen mod

Hi,

I need help install wide screen mod, I did something wrong somewhere...

 

IWD HOW is installed under WinXP SP3

 

I get this error when try to install the mod:

This is what I did...

1. full install IWD

2. install widescreen mod (got error above)

3. full install HOW , then mod (error)

4. install HOW v1.41 update, then mod(error)

5. Then according to this link I have to install WeiDU. I'm not exactly sure what Weidu is and what it does or if I even get the right one. I tried to install it but there's so many options, I don't even know if I installed it

6. tried run mod again and I the same exact error once again

 

What did I do wrong?

What did I do wrong?

You need to have the official patch/additionpack, called "Trials of the Luremaster". Yeah, it's the latest patch v1.42

hello, i kinda have the same problem, I've istalled a clean copy of BG1 and than the windescreenmod but I keep getting this error

Read the stickies... make a full install, patch the game to the latest BG1+BG1TotSC patch(without the direct x8), and then try installing again.
