Installation changes

-Partial fix for losing languages in GUI installation if BGT is installed after other modifications using the GUI system

-Updated to BiggDU version 226

 

Bug fixes

-Corrected incorrect patching of LOREBON.2DA and SKILLRNG.2DA

-Fixed icons for Sword of Balduran

-Fixed tavern music having a delay
