It requires TobEx to function properly. Brought German and Russian translations up to date. Assorted bug fixes. Upgrade is save-safe if done from 2.40 and is only recommended if you're interested in the new component and/or the fixed translations. tb#characters: New character added (the Heavy Weapons Guy from Team Fortress 2). Upgrade is save-safe and is only recommended if you're interested in the new character. generalized_biffing: Fixed a bug that was preventing some files (notably from Infinity Animations) from being biffed. Upgrade is save-safe and is only recommended if you're upgrading other mods in the mean time. refinements: Fixed a scripting typo that was causing compatibility problems. Upgrade is save-safe only if done from 3.24 and recommended to all players.
