Party wide spells versus self spells

What happens if haste is cast after improved haste,

champions strength after other (better) strength spells,

etc?

 

Does the best one win or just the last one?

Haste overwrites the previous self. If new Haste's duration expires sooner than old one's does, then it's effect takes place again.

Don't remember about STR, though.

ok, i guess i need to prevent casting it if in range of a char with the other then.
