REPLACE_CRE_ITEM (IWDII)

Im having trouble getting REPLACE_CRE_ITEM to work in my Tp2 file. I get an error trying to install. It reads "ERROR: cre.cre22"

 

ERROR: [10BLANC.cre] -> [override/10BLANC.cre] patching failed (COPY) (cre.cre22)

 

I'm able to use REPLACE_TEXTUALLY. If another mod changes the NPC and REPLACE_TEXTUALLY cans find the original entry, will it crash or just skip the patch?

Can you post the code that produces this error?

 

REPLACE_TEXTUALLY will silently do nothing if the search string can't be found.

I'll just use replace textually if it won't cause any major problems. Thank you.
