planescape torment gui crash

After playing pst for a couple minutes the GUI seems to be crashing.

 

I saw this problem on the FAP but couldn't see a clear solution or find where the the log file should be, do I need to enable logging?

 

it's gemrb 0.7.0 (I think) (the current one on the play store)

nexus 7 (2012 model)

gog version of planescape with the G3PSTtweak installed.

 

I didn't install any other mods or the widescreen mod as it already looks great without.

 

really hoping to get this going before my 14 hour flight to canada (:

pst is not playable enough and definitely not that ancient version.
