BG2 Tweak Pack - Experience Cap and HLAs

Hello, I am installing the BG2 Tweak Pack for BG:EE and BG2:EE. I have a couple of questions regarding the experience cap and High-Level Abilities:

 

1. If I remove the experience point cap for BG:EE, will my characters gain access to HLAs if I reach the appropriate level?

2. For BG:EE and BG2:EE, will my characters also continue to gain HLAs all the way up to level 50?

1. No, the game(BG1EE) doesn't have HLAs, but you will never get near the 3 million XP points limit that was in BG2 if you play the a single game, so there's really no point to even expect that.

2. In BG2EE, yes.
