Tweak Pack does nothing?

So, I installed the BG2 tweak pack on Baldur's Gate 1 Extended Edition, since the BG1 pack was giving errors when I was trying to install it, BG2 didn't give errors and I put all the components I wanted...but upon starting a new game I soon noticed that none of the components went into effect, helmets still showed up on my character, random items are still unidentified, etc, despite having these components installed
