vanatos Posted June 4, 2016 Share Posted June 4, 2016 Hi, BG2EE 2.0 introduced a graphical bug where you could often see the lines between tiles on maps. Now they mostly fixed it for base game areas but it still affects alot of mods with their own area's. Just wondering if anyone has info of any sort of fix on this. Link to comment

There is already a bug report on Redmine about it, but it doesn't look like it'll be fixed anytime soon.The bug can be avoided by using the new PVRZ-based tileset format. You can use my tile2ee tool to convert between the new and old tileset formats on the fly. I'm already using it successfully in my own mods (see example code). Link to comment

argent77 Posted June 4, 2016 Share Posted June 4, 2016 No. The tool can convert in both directions, so you can either include TIS V1 files in your mod and convert them on the fly into TIS V2 for BG2:EE. Or include TIS V2 files and convert them into TIS V1 for the original BG2 (as I have done it in my mod to save space). Link to comment
