more randomisation options

I'm an avid user of Item Randomiser, and just recently I got the idea that actually there's no reason to be limited to just items. Other things could be randomised as well.

Traps and locks is pretty obvious one. NPC placement probably too. Not sure what else. So I thought I'd pick the collective brain - what else could qualify?

 

The general idea is to render useless as much metagaming knowledge as possible, killing the "game plan". That doesn't include actual rules, of course, but their application.

How so? Do you refer to price depreciation?
