Looking for help to make something great out of this

No one wants to burst anyone's happiness bubble at "discovering" things, but this specific thing was toyed with more than 12 years ago when people started trying to implement pets for druids and rangers. The utility of a Charname-less game is on the wrong side of efficiency, nevermind what it does to the coherency of nearly every plot. If you can build off of it to do something more worthwhile, that's great, and would probably elicit the awe you seem to crave. I am all for breaking games to discover new ways to play (and mod) them, but just having the "broken" part without a good purpose for it is just destruction for its own sake.

 

tl;dr Demonstrate how this would be cool or useful, instead of asking people to find a use for something this obscure.
