SCS and Tweaks Anthology peculiarity with Jaheira

I started a BGT game recently, using SCS and Tweaks Anthology. 

For some reason Jaheira shows as having only 259 XP in each class, level 1 fighter and level 1 druid, but has 32 hit points. 

Khalid (who is a fighter mage) has leveled up once during play, has 18 HP,  and shows 2701 XP in each class.  He seems normal, as has Xzar, Imoen, Montaron, and Eldoth.

My 1st level PC has 1399 XP.

I installed SCS first and saw a "level up from 0" mod which I installed.  Then when I got to Tweaks, I saw the "TOB NPCs" and used that too for fear if I didn't the SCS one might be negated somehow.  Wondering if using both is causing the weird Jaheira behavior.

Quite likely, yes. If you look at the description of those components, they’re trying to do similar things; generally it’s a bad idea to install two components that try to do the same thing.
