Possible Minor Bug: BG1 Style Weapon Proficiencies

I don't know if this is intended or not, but when installing "alter weapon proficiency system -> bg 1 style weapon proficiency" an elf doesn't receive its racial +1 thac0 bonus with large swords (which include longswords and bastard swords). It still receives its racial bonus with bows and small swords.

This is fixed for v10.

More specifically, on oBG2 this is tied to the item type set in the item file, so the component doesn't affect this. On the EEs, it's softcoded via a 2da and tied to proficiency, which is affected, and is now accounted for when modifying the proficiency system.
