Between V1, V1.1 and V9, all the games seem to be accounted for, unless the current lists are wrong (hey, you never know ). So, does STO V2 exists, and if so, which game uses it? Link to comment

BG1,BG2,ToB: stov1 PST:stov1.1 - item availability triggers IWD (all): stov9 - bigger header, different place for capacity No stoV2 at all. Link to comment
