[v35] Shapechange and polymorph self issues

Hill Giant form [polymorph self] lacks the sprite.

Petryfing gaze of greater basillisk [shapechange is AoE and reattempts to petrify every round for multiple rounds, with a web spell animation. It saves versus spell and doesn't bypass magic resistance. Is this intended? https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1991177244?t=2h27m18s

It's not an issue with wild magic, i tried it on a normal mage too.

Mostly unintended (and fixed for 35.1).

Basilisk gaze intentionally doesn't bypass MR, because the gaze attacks of BG basilisks don't.
