clickbegone Posted January 3 Posted January 3 Just got into "lite" modding of the game for some extra immersion since I'm enjoying the game on my tablet. Now I managed to get some oldschool sfx for casting, silent banner sfx, portraits etc. to work. Some lite UI work as well thru the "override" folder because this is the only way I'm gonna mod the game. The question: Clicking sound, the rock sound or the "stone" sounding sfx when you press anything on the menu. I want to make it a different sfx using very little knowledge and / or mute it. Understading how the override works, it seems that I just need a name of the sound playing and I can easily make a blank sound file (or just copy paste and rename the mute banner sfx) to satisfy my needs. Could anyone please tell me the name of that sfx? I tried menu.wav,select.wav,stone.wav etc... Headache. Thank you in advance, first time posting, amazing forum. Quote
clickbegone Posted January 4 Author Posted January 4 Anyone? Sorry I reposted this from a Beamdog forum, hence the black letters. Quote
lefreut Posted January 4 Posted January 4 Hello, It's probably one of the GAM_XX.wav. Maybe GAM_01.wav (or GAM_03 / GAM_04). Quote

Hm, I just tried overriding to 07 but didn't do the trick. Can't figure out if I can even change that thru Override folder? Someone mentioned that it is hard coded? Quote
