I know @Lava updated the mod to ToB conclusion, maybe he can help.

It was years ago and I helped because I was the one who received ToB content from the authors. I managed to finish what was unfinished and got it released with the help of others. I think the best approach is to post your files and request to update the file (perhaps translate it with Google Translate) at the place where the mod is actually hosted: http://www.shsforums.net/forum/322-fade/

I believe asking SHS Staff is the best way to go with this.
