Is there a mod available that changes bard spell casting/memorization to act like sorcerors?

Not my place to answer this one, but I'm gonna anyway. (Sorry if I'm stepping on any toes.) Unfortunately, this is hardcoded, so you aren't going to see anything like this until GemRB gets finished which is unlikely to happen anytime soon.
