Serious Crashing Problems

I've been having some bad recurring crashes over the last few days, I've tried to do everything I can think of to prevent crashing every few minutes but I am getting to think I can't attempt to play with the mods I want. If anyone could make suggestions I'd be grateful...

Maybe this is connected to the g3tweaks update? Check the main page

I'm all up to date with the lastest versions but maybe thats the problem, I haven't had constant crashes before with these mods. I usually have more than just the five that are installed.
