It's faster this way rather than creating it manually in NI/DLTCEP (well, if you hate GUIs anyway, which you should probably do if you're a rational being).

You have gentoo? could you please try the native Linux version of WeiDU and see if it works for you?

(if you're having problems at first, run the to_lower.sh script in your base BGII directory and try again - it'll turn all of your files to lowercase).
