Your great two Mods that are BG2 fixpack and BG2 Tweakpack crashes at BG2 Tweakpack's component "Cast Spells from Scrolls...". the error message is below.

 

ERROR: illegal 2-byte read from offset 1338 of 1194-byte file STAF15.ITM

ERROR: [sTAF15.ITM] -> [override/STAF15.ITM] Patching Failed (COPY) (Failure("STAF15.ITM: read out of bounds"))

Stopping installation because of error.

 

ERROR Installing [Cast Spells from Scrolls (and Other Items) at Character Level], rolling back to previous state

[bG2_Tweaks/backup/2170/UNSETSTR.2170] SET_STRING uninstall info not found

 

I'm sure that error caused by BG2 fixpack's core fix. Because replace just that fix to Baldurdash 1.5, the error don't occur.

 

I hope this error would be fix, and I wanna know how can I fix this error this time. I can't wait!

I forgot mentioning that I installed this component by deleting the item file STAF15.itm. But I wanna know how to 'really' fix it.

This used to be caused by old version v1.76 of Big Picture, it had an error which corrupted STAF15.ITM. Do you have that version of BP installed?

What's the problem? As I said, when I replaced the first installed component 'BG2 Fixpack - Core Fixes' to Baldurdash fixpack WeiDU v1.5, this error didn't occur.

This is a bug with BP corrupting staf15.itm, still present in 177 according to seanas. You can find some instructions for a workaround here.
