  1. Ummm...I think the descriptions might be too long again. CTD when choosing Fighter on creation screen.

    Edited:

Yes, the decriptions cause CTD. I fixed it for myself by deleting some lines.

  2. Bugs:

Called shot icons don't appear in game.

Tactician - ummm. It gives 1 fighter +2 to AC. Numbers seem to constantly change (I tested this with 3 fighters, 18 dex, no equipment). They go from 0 (total of +6 to AC) to -5(!) if they all stand near each other.

AC changes even if 1 fighter is standing alone.

I have to go to work now, but will try to test this more in the afternoon.

  3. You fixed it.

Now lets try that Berserker for a ride :D

Just for clarification on THAC0 from screenshots - Base is 12 for lvl 9 fighter, 6 because +2 axe and GM in axes

(not that it matters now anyway).

    P.S.

Berserker seems to be working properly now. Hooray!

Bad news - True Fighter's Tactician feat isn't working at all. No bonuses are added. Another opcode issue?

I still have a clean install.

  4. I still don't have a clue...you're using the Trip maneuver, thus dvcl112x.spl, and the files correctly have both 'melee thac0 bonus' (284) and 'ranged thac0 bonus' (167) set to increment type, with a -4 value. Mmm...I suppose your thac0 was normal before using the called shot right?

Yes, Fighter usually attacks with normal THAC0 of 6. Note that even if I use Disarm maneuver, same thing happens. Somehow the values seem to wrap around 0. Which is odd.

    P.S.

Can somebody else confirm this? I don't know if this happens only on my install. Kit Revisions is installed last so I don't think there is any other mod messing up these abilities, but I may be wrong. Somebody with BG:EE?

    P.P.S.

I checked the file in Near Infinity. It seems fine for me as well..

    P.P.P.S.

I have some good news as well. Tried out a Barbarian. One word - AWESOME! Exellent work!

    P.P.P.P.S.

    I reinstalled whole BG2. Weidu:

    ~KIT_REV/KIT_REV.TP2~ #0 #100 // Revised Grandmastery: Beta 4.

    Same thing happens.

  5. Re-installed beta 6 followed by scsii, my kensai PC doesn't get the AC bonuses he should.

Try checking out your character sheet. AC bonuses are applied to different weapon types(blunt, piercing, slashing). Base (the big number you see) is 6 for 18 DEX, and it won't change until bracers.

  6. I can confirm it for BG2. Fatigue makes you cast innates slower.

    P.S.

I'm not sure if this needs fixing, to be honest. It's still casted very fast, and with very little difference (+1) than vanilla Enrage.

Sounds legit to me. If you're very tired, even changing the stance may be a strenuous task.

    True.

  7. Yeah, this was one of the wonky things I noticed in the CLAB files. I'd recommend double-checking all of them at some point.
I knew you were going to scold me for those mixed spcl and dvcl files. :D Both Cleave and Frenzy suffered until now because of that mess. :( The next beta I'm working on should finally put an end to these issues.

Regarding Berserker's stance taking few seconds to cast I probably know what may have caused it. I've discovered that the current fatigue spl still include two things which are not documented: a -2 penalty to movement rate, and a -2 penalty to casting speed, which apparently affects innates too (sadness). I'd keep the former and fix the description, while for the latter I can probably leave without it, especially if it's the cause of such issue.

@Kalindor, can you confirm your issue? Was your Berserker fatigued?

I can confirm it for BG2. Fatigue makes you cast innates slower.

    P.S.

I'm not sure if this needs fixing, to be honest. It's still casted very fast, and with very little difference (+1) than vanilla Enrage.

  8.

P.S We should probably split the discussion and keep here just bug/issue reports, with a separate topic for feedback.

I think this is a good idea.

Berserker's chance to Frenzy (when NOT Enraged) is small. It still never happened in my plays. Sure you fixed it?
