  1. Can you tell me how can i change spell animations using Near Infinity? I want to change spell shield animation but can't find where the animation settings are.
  2. Improved shapeshifting bug - Earth elemental token sets physical immunity to 100 instead of 50. - Fire elemental token deals no fire damage on hit.
  3. Yes it is my own spell. It attacks me when i engage in combat. When not in combat, it is passive.
  4. Balor from priest gate spell attacks me although i am protected by protection from evil. I am a chaotic neutral priest if that matters.
  5. These changes were needed for a long time imho. Without stoneskin (which druids have), priests have no chance to deal with melee damage and are easily interrupted by spells.
  6. Awesome changes. I have installed the RC9 Version but the spell description of Entropy shield is same with RC8 version. Is it an ai only change? Because I see other spell changes are present in my spellbook.
  7. Contingencies/triggers can not be learned automatically as innate with spell revisions. That component seems to not work with sr.
  8. Fire Trolls at Fire Giant Temple can not be killed. I also tried ctrl+y each one of them but they are not dying. I am using scs v7 with spell revisions.
  9. Hello awesome work. I have found two bugs: - Electrical bolts casted by lightning mephits still interrupt spellcasting although i have 100% resistance. - Ease of use ai script is casting mind blank back to back until level 8 spells are depleted as a sorcerer.
  10. Hi thanks for updates. I installed scs with SRR and set the ini to 0 for "set to 0 if you want globes of invulnerability to not be dispelled by Dispel/Remove Magic" option but Globes still fail to deflect dispel magic. My buffs are dispelled by them. I don't know if i messed up something or is it a bug?
  11. Tbh solo runs are easier with SR until you encounter monsters with remove magic spam. It is weird that remove magic kills it.
  12. Ty. I installed scs and it changes it to a spell state from what i see. I am on BG2. I don't know about ReallyForceSpell because it is Klatu's script but it applies buffs instantly with improved alacrity. I guess it is used for that.
  13. I am trying to edit script form Klatu mod but it is not working as intended. I tried with CheckStatGT, it also failed. Is this a bug? Because other spells are not casted if i already have them but it is failing with spell shield.
  14. They are doable in a normal SCS install. But not with SR.
  15. Liches in SCS are what, 29lvl mages? And dispel magic's success is based on caster level difference, right? So what does it mean? Do i need to hit exp cap to fight them? There are a lot of liches triggered as encounter in SoA when you past level 15. You have no chance but to fight. In fact, only in temple ruins, you encounter 2.
  16. I am not underleveled. In fact i am over lvl 20 when facing most of the Liches. I can solo ScS without a problem. Timestop is not an issue when your buffs up because Lich can dispel X amount of your buff in a given time. Not all of your buffs. Especially when you can cast spell shield after timestop ends. With SR all of your buffs are dispelled by a level 3 spell which you can't prevent from in any way.
  17. 2. It sounds great. That would make GoI a decent spell pick. 3. Dispelling screen can still be aoe but caster get the benefit of immunity for a duration. 4. That could be an option but i liked other 2 more:D
  18. I don't have this issue in normal scs runs tbh. Because SI: Abjuration is good enough to counter dispel magic. With spell revisions, i am prone to be bodied by any caster who casts dispel magic. You can't play the chess game with them because they don't have to. All they need to is spam dispel magic. I feel like Spell trap, spell deflection, etc is useless with SR because what will they protect when your most essential buffs are gone?
  19. I just want some form of protection against remove magic. I encountered Fiends spamming it, Lich casted 3 in a sequencer and laughed at my face. I don't think people play only with parties, i thought soloing is a massive part of BG. Right now it is near to impossible to go against those encounters without cheese. I want to hold my ground against those fiends, not to run like a chicken.
  20. Dispel Magic removes your combat protections in one cast. That include stoneskin, prot from elements, prot from energy, other skins, remove fear etc. You can't live if these are dispelled against a high spellcaster with summons helping him. How is this balanced? You can eat a Ruby ray but still live just fine because it dispels 1 protection. You have other defences if Greater Spell Deflection removed. Globe of Inv and Spell Deflection will be more than enough to continue fight. But if you eat remove magic you are practically dead.
  21. So how can a mage protect himself from dispel magic spam then? I like scs not only because of difficulty but also the chess battle between arcane casters. With SR there is little to no chess battle beause of how easily buffs can be stripped. If solo is not a thing with SR, then it is unfortunate.

Scenario 4: - Solo caster carefully prepared his defences to fight against Lich - When he approached the Lich, Lich immediately wished for timestop with improved alacrity. - Then Lich began to summon 2 fiends and released 3 dispel magics in a sequencer as well as casting horrid whilting, meteor swarm. - When timestop finished, Fiends ate poor caster as dinner:D
