need help with tales of sword coast cant enter

Greetings all,

 

I reinstalled everything bg1,totsc,totsc patch the fix pack,dudly fixes,trait thing,and bg1 superscripts though i reinstalled that after seeing i neded to intstall them last.ive included some custom weapons etc for wife.But still same problem...i cannot get into uthggards (sp?) beard.ive no little wheel prompt (least that what it looks like to me) to go in there ive done everything but that,baldur;s gate the city areas,and durlags tower.Is there an editor or any other way to get the situation resolved?,can i continue on ok skipping that location and just going into the city?.or do i have to reinstall all over with just game,addon,fixes? any help would be awsome.Thankyou all for your time.Be safe.

I don't think g3Fixpack and Dudley Fixes are compatiable. You have to use one or the other.

(Even then, that may not be the source of the problem.)

In answer to another part of your question though, you can just go into the city, everything in Ulgoth's Beard is just extra.

 

Another thing you can try is to exit the area that holds the bridge to Baldur's Gate, using the north side of the map. If I remember correctly, this should take you to another map runnign along the river. Exit this area to the north as well, and Ulgoth's Beard may become a viable destination.
