voodoo3152
For some reason every time I try and open the command file I get a message saying that the is not executable, any ideas on how to fix this. Link to comment
the bigg
Since you were already able to ask, learn how to read. Link to comment
Kulyok
It might be a mistake on my end, please, wait for v2 - should be out soon; thanks to Gorilym, command file should be working there. (Yeah, yeah, on vacation, but I happen to have GPRS here. Was worth it just to read Jason's last posts on DC and here. ) {Other issues, just to show I read this stuff: - noted about Aerie's reaction for a female PC for Sola(again, we'll be accomodating for Bioware's mistakes; still v3, I'm afraid); - please, start a new thread for typos; v1 one is done.} Link to comment

What happens on my system is that the Terminal window opens, and a "no such file or directory" error appears. The only way I can successfully install a mod is to open a Terminal session (after making sure there's a [modname].command file and all associated files/folders inside the BGII folder, then navigate to the game directory by typing "cd /BGII\ -\ SoA" and at the next prompt, type "./[modname].command" and press Enter or Return. The script runs, and I answer any prompts that come up. Would be really nifty if there was a simple double-click method to launch into the install process, but the above (taken from the WeiDU instructions) does the trick for me. Kulyok
I'd be happy to accept double-click Mac versions for Romantic Encounters(and to use the method for Xan, Dungeon Crawl, Tiax and Xan Friendship for BG1, come to think of it ), but since I do not have a Mac, I have no idea how to do it. For now, though, the problem with v1 is fixed: command file in v2 should work fine now, I hope. Link to comment
nurgles_herald
Just out of curiosity, both of you have WeiDU installed on your terminal, right? I'm running a mac, and my mods install perfectly fine via the double-click method. Of course, my CDs are corrupted and messed up... so I'll be switching to PC as soon as I get bootcamp working. But that's beside the point. Link to comment
