Caedwyr
Would it be possible to create a kit that is a clone of the sorcerer class, but under another Class type? For example, make a sorcerer clone but have it listed under the Priest class? Or does this fall under the "you cannot kit a sorcerer"? Link to comment
Rabain
I'm pretty sure this is doable. I think it might even be possible to replace the sorceror's spell list with Divine spells so that you could have some kind of High Sorceror Priest of Beshaba (it just sounded good). Though the transfer of divine spells to sorceror would be a lot of work. Link to comment
Mike1072
In your other recent thread you mentioned assigning kits outside of the character creation screen, and I think that method may work better than this. What exactly do you intend to do with the kit? Link to comment
Caedwyr
Making a clone of a sorcerer, under a new name (as a kit), would then allow you to use the Sorcerer spell method and assign the kit different spells. This would open up Pseudo-sorcerer kits. Rabain pretty much summed up why I'd like to be able to do this. Link to comment
Mike1072
OK, I was looking into the same thing a little while back, but never finalized a spell list. This thread might prove helpful. Link to comment
Caedwyr
That's a huge help. Nythun's comment that sorcerers are kittable, and how to do it is even better news than I expected. Link to comment
