Charm spells

As per spell description, charm spells should be broken if the target is harmed by the caster or his allies. This correctly happens when it's a member of the party that cast the spell, but it doesn't work the same way for enemies - that is, they'll charm you and still attack you without breaking the charm effect.

Should this be considered a bug? It's blatantly inconsistent with the spell description, but it's also a fairly noticeable effect, so perhaps this has already been noted and dismissed.

Blatant inconsistency with the description = bug IMO (though the "Fixpackers" can probably argue you to death against this :)). The only real question in my mind is whether it's hardcoded in the engine, about which I've no idea.
