How do you restore the experience cap, locks, traps etc.

I have installed the ease of use and tried to undo various settings such as the cap removal and lock and trap removal. When it didn't seem to do anything, I tried the tweak pack, but I cannot work out how to restore them. Could somebody explain how to do it please, as I have found that the game is too easy without them.

Run the setup-****.exe again, and press U for uninstall

And to actually know where they came from, you need to open the WeiDU.log with text editor(notepad) and see what mod installed actually made the caps, from the things, disappear...
