DrAzTiK
ploup Can you tell me how is working Time stop, especially about time of spell effects or items effects while time is stoped.. Time stop last 3 round and I wonderby example if an ennemy under chaos will gain 3 round if me or an ennemy mage cast time stop ? I have doing test and it seems it's not very clear. Effets of some spells like chaos and Otiluke resilient sphere are not stopped during a Time stop while a web or an acid fog will be stop.. What about spell like GM, Lower resistance, slow, items effects, spell of protection ? I don't know how does it work on vanilla but I think it could be interressing to clarify all this . edit : oupps bad move, I wanted to post it in spell revisions forum Link to comment
Demivrgvs
Yeah, I supposed too you had previously posted in the wrong thread. Anyway, I haven't changed Time Stop nor experimented what you're talking about. I think projectiles and AoE spells are frozen in time, whereas spell duration which are already affecting a creature still expire normally. Link to comment
Mike1072
Edit: Demi got here first. I think the effects of Time Stop are hardcoded, and unfortunately don't always make sense. From my experience, it seems as though spells and effects attached to a particular character (ex: buffing spells, disabling effects like Chaos, limited duration potions) will run out their duration under Time Stop as though time wasn't stopped. edit : oupps bad move, I wanted to post it in spell revisions forum Moved.
