Guest Fennek
Anybody here who has already played the game using BP-Ascension (presumably without BP-AI-component) and SCSII? Does this combination work without AI-problems? Link to comment
Shaitan
I use some components from BP like Ascension, Crypt King and Lich in the docks. I haven't seen any problems. However I don't use the main BP component, and I'd expect that to creat a mess with SCSII. Link to comment
Guest Fennek
Sounds very promising. Just to confirm this: You have ingame experience regarding BP-Ascension and SCSII (and maybe even played it till the end), haven't you? Or only installed them without major problems? Link to comment
DrAzTiK
what are the differences between BP ascension and Standard Ascension ? Link to comment
Guest Fennek
At the moment I think the big difference is that BP-Ascension doesn't have all scripts it needs. Some of them are in the AI-component. I tested it (SCSII+BP-Ascension without BP-AI) and strange things happen. Lichs and Demi-lichs do not even attack... got stuck in a cutscene in Sendai's dungeon etc. Whatever... AndrewB
I'm going through a BP AI + SCSII test run now Fennek. I've only made it as far as the Cloakwood so far, but I'll be sure and make note of anything that stands out. Link to comment
Guest Fennek
Great, thanks. Nevertheless, if you don't want to wait, try CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("AR3027") and CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("AR6110") and tell us what happens. Link to comment
