additional info for pst damage opcode

PST damage opcode uses the 0x2c field. (This is the field dltcep knows as 'variable?').

It is a bitfield for doing personalized critical damage visuals.

Possible values:

 

1 - nameless

2 - annah

4 - grace

8 - nordom

0x10 - vhailor

0x20 - morte

0x40 - dakkon

0x80 - ignus
