Better than a "enhanced version" for 20 dollar =P

 

But I have a question: Is that normal?

 

 

It's only a cosmetic issue but is there any fix?

Have you tried installing GhostDog's PS:T UI mod to see if it helps?

Since you're having issues with grahics, I suggest you read this reference topic on how to solve this kind of issues. Even if you don't have an nVidia card, it may still help.

You may also have a look at this tool dealing with graphic issues as well.

Yes, your installation looks fine. I don't have the problem using the latest AMD-drivers but I would guess it's a problem with your graphic card/drivers. I would start by looking at the DDraw-fix.
