Forum account problem

Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place, but I couldn't find any subforum related to the site issues. And my attempt to email <webmaster@gibberlings3.net> failed - the message is bounced back with error:

Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
SMTP error from remote mail server
Relay access denied

 

I have a problem with my forum account on this site. I've updated my account email in forum account settings (account login = "pro5"), but the validation email is not arriving at my new email address. Thus I'm locked out of all my account settings and preferences. I've tried using "Resend Validation" options several times, with no luck.

 

Any assistance would be appreciated, thank you.

Seems you need help from an admin. I can see it sais "Awaiting Authorisation" on your profile, which is uncommon for a running account, but there seems nothing I can do.
