Dialogue Messing Up

I recently re-installed BGII & TOB completely. And I then re-installed a few mods I wanted to use. For some reason ANY Npc mod I install has the entire dialogue messed up, joining, questing, anything....and I use the K key and it doesn't fix. Ive re-installed BGII b4 with no problem, and I doubt every NPC mod is bugged.

Non-Npc mods work fine, is just effecting NPC ones =[

Erhm, are you using a savegame that was started before you installed the mod... or have you installed the game to the C drives Program Files folder where your Operation System protects the files from being ovewritten from ... do neither and that should solve the issues at least in most cases.

thanks jarno was the directory it was in by default. I changed it is working now
