shiholude
The download link goes to a dead page currently. Just started in the last day or so. It worked fine a few days back it supposedly. Please re-up V2 for now whilst you work on V4!! Thank you! Link to comment
Mike1072
It's working fine for me. Do you have problems downloading any other files from the download center? Link to comment
Jarno Mikkola
At least the Windows v2 version worked for me... Link to comment
shiholude
When trying to DL the Linux version or OSX version the download started as normal. but the window s version seems to just go to a "page cannot be displayed" page. All other links and downloads are working just fine. This is odd. Link to comment
Jarno Mikkola
You might need to reset your browser, or something similar... or just download it from here, totally for you made location that's totally unofficial. That's not direct link, but to a mediafire location that links to the file. Link to comment
shiholude
Restarted my browser, restarted my computer. Each time I'm able to access the file once, and it downloads to 99% and then errors out. My testing: "NPC Kitpack" just downloaded fine immediately after this most recent failure. I tried "Icewind Dale Fixpack" (which I've never DL's before), and it was fine. So I tired "BG2 Tweaks" (which I have DL'd before), no problem. So I tried a larger file (since this one is 13MB) - "IWDification" (8.61MB) DL'd fine. Only this file I seem to have issue with. Link to comment
shiholude
Okay... now that is just plain weird. Tried your mediafire link, same thing! 99% and then it is coincidentally "interrupted", right when the security scan would normally take place! The internet does not want me to have this file! shiholude
Hrm. Deleted cookies and temp internet files... so no go. Very irritating! Link to comment
Jarno Mikkola
Turn off your antivirus... it's likely things the setup....exe file has a virus, it's a false positive. And then deletes the file content and thus. Link to comment
shiholude
Aye, I JUST noticed that my AV was in silent/gaming mode and didn't even fire off a warning... it just obliterated the file!! It took me firing up my laptop to test the file there for me to realize this. I came back here to report the virus hit and you beat me to it! Odd that other .exe's haven't triggered the concern. I'll have to dig through my AV program again. ALL CLEAR NOW! Thanks for the almost-live chat troubleshooting!!! Sorry for the broken click on the DL page. I'll be more cautious about using that feature next time... Link to comment
