Guest BoydyB
Hi, I keep getting an error message when running setup-tutu_tweaks that says I need to run this in the BGII folder after conversion but this is what I'm doing. Tutu + tutufix_v7 work fine but I'd like some of the tweaks from your mod as well. Hope you can help me out, thanks. Link to comment
icelus
Are you running the setup-tutu_tweaks.exe file in the same directory as your dialog.tlk file? Make sure it's in the *main* BG2 folder, and not a subfolder. Link to comment
Guest BoydyB
Yup, running from main folder (E:\Program Files\Black Isle\BGII - SoA), dialog.tlk is there and its the same folder where I ran bg1tutu and setup-tutufix. Link to comment
Guest BoydyB
I've also tried running the BG1NPC mod from the same folder and got the same error message. Link to comment
CamDawg
Both BG1 NPC and Tutu Tweaks have "poison pill" clauses to verify that Tutu is installed and that the player is not running the setup in the BG folder. It checks for the presence of FW0100.are in the override folder as confirmation of Tutu, and the absence of AREA000A.bif in the data folder to verify it's not being installed on BG. Check those two files--either the absence of FW0100.are in the override folder or the presence of AREA000A.bif in the data folder would cause failure. Link to comment
Guest BoydyB
Thanks, that seems to have fixed it. My data folder had a copy of AREA000A.bif. Moved it out and both mods install fine. Thanks again. Link to comment
