Lundar
Sorry for OT: (I am not permitted to post on SHSforums....) Is there a Hint/Tip how to deal with the Talons in the Sandrah Mod ? They are extremely tough (although thats from the Original version, in EET they will be evenly tough I suppose) Only way to defeat them is pure luck !?? Greetings Lundar Link to comment

Greetings Lundar Can you be a bit more specific. Where are they? Which is the quest? What makes you think that Sandrah mod changes them (it does not, it uses resources as they are in the game if it uses them)? Link to comment
Lundar
Thnx for replying.... I think they are the CVTAOW1 and CVTALOP1 Creatures. (That were these that did nothing in earlier versions....) First they are at the BG Bridge (after clearing the Mines). Almost every time I get killed (by what?) Later they appear again - always with a comment from Sandrah... I think there are no Talos Warriors in BG1 Vanilla! As said earlier. at the Moment I refer to the "old" Mod (for BGT), but I expect, that that isnt changed in EET Link to comment

The confusion was with Talons (those are some of the bandits working for Tazok) vs Warriors of Talos (the Stormlord god). If you compare them to the BGT version, they are now far easier to beat and there are less. Send summons and Haiass and Pelligram to occupy them and then kill them one by one, use the weapons you found on those elven assasins on the bridge if you have them. The battle is only tough if you go too near to them and have them attack all together. When you are after Cloakwood, you should be able to defeat them. Link to comment
