When will be SCS mod available ?

I wanted to play BG2 ToB (v.  2.5.26498 ) with SCS mod, but when I tried to install SCS v.30 (which I downloaded before the site was off), it threw an error. I have a clean installation of BG2 ToB without any other mods.

I wonder if the solution to the problem would be the installation of the newest version of SCS (v. 32) or perhaps the installation of an older version of SCS (below v.30). Anyway, because the site G3 is off, I can download neither of them.

My question is - when could I download the latest version of SCS ? Or could You make older versions of SCS available ?

SCS is on github where you can find current and older versions.

The v32 RC6 is available here. Yes, that's the latest.
